Team & Invdividual Picture Day Commonly Asked Questions
How many team members can I invite?
You can invite up to 2 additional users on the Free plan. There is no limit on team members for the Premium plan.
What is the maximum file upload size?
No more than 2GB. All files in your account must fit your allotted storage space.
How do I reset my password?
Click “Forgot password” from the login page or “Change password” from your profile page. A reset link will be emailed to you.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes! Send us a message and we’ll process your request no questions asked.
What if I'm not happy with the photography?
Team Sports Images has a 100% satisifaction guarantee. If you not happy with any of our products, simply return it within 10 days.
We will issue a full refund of that item.
Senior Banner Commonly Asked Questions
Do you offer multiple poses for Senior Banners?
Yes. Typically, we photograph the athlete in 3-5 different poses. Depending on the sport.
When will the senior banners be delivered?
Senior Banners typically take between 7-10 business days. They will be delivered directly to the school.
Timely pose selection and Name proofing may help to shorten the delivery time.
